PG-13 my behind! Netflix delivered the movie Date Night to our house the other night and I thought, Hey! It's PG-13, no need to check my beloved Kids In Mind Dot Com! Even little thirteen year olds could see this movie, surely I can watch it with my in-laws without discomfort, right? Right?
NO! It was so uncomfortable within 30 minutes I'd buried myself in my cell phone playing Angry Birds. Then my Mian and I decided to throw in the towel and give up, coming upstairs instead of finishing the movie. Lesson learned. Always ALWAYS check movie reviews if you can't stand the discomfort of sexual ineuendo around your inlaws!

Haha! Oh no! Do your in laws get uncomfortable as well? Or is it just you guys? I can't imagine just even sitting down with my in laws yet, let alone watching a film... We do watch stuff with my parents though and don't mind whatever we watch. It will definitely be different with his family though :-)
Ouch! I've had that happen other times with other movies. I went to one with my mother at the theater and the theater didn't warn us of the content of the movie. It was rated R but halfway through the movie there were several XXX scenes. I have no idea how the movie made it to the theater like that but online reviews proved that most who watched it were shocked. I was mortified lol. My mom is far more conservative than any Indian relatives are sadly. After that it was strictly PG!
oops.. I watched that ages ago and remember there being a few bad points to it.. Since I went to Pakistan and a cousin showed me angry birds Im seeing it everywhere and curious as to why I hadnt heard it before lol
Oh gosh, I don't remember that. I went to see that movie with my parents and found it hilarious.
I don't remember that movie being graphic either. It was quite tame and I watched it with my kids.
i m going to see movie one time.
