Back.

Hello folks. I've been out braving the snowy Northeast. We attended a friend's Aqeeka over the weekend, so now I've got plenty of desi fodder to write about! I'll also start answering those questions you guy asked on the last post. So many of you asked about The Gori Wife "NOW" - I'm supposed to be anonymous, remember?! How will I foster my mystique if I reveal my true self? Well, I'll try to figure out what tidbits I can tell you without ruining it all. I wouldn't want my family to find me. Seriously - NO ONE in real life except M knows about this site (even though I've been DYING to tell someone about you all!)

All right - stay tuned. More to come soon.

OH, this is too funny. I just tried to post something, and I tried to post using the OpenID option, but guess what? I can't remember my own AOL password. I can't retrieve it either, because I don't remember how I put my last name in there! I go around using my own last name, because neither my husband nor I like his "american" last name, which is his family name. Traditionally I should have his last name, which is his father's first name, or Pakistani Traditionally, I should have husby's first name as my last name, right? So sometimes when I'm feeling punchy I use a variation or all of them, and I don't know how I did it signing up for the aol account. so now I'm locked out of my own AIM. heh.

Is there a particular reason you don't want anyone in your "real life" to find out about the blog? I keep my name off my blog for career-related reasons, but that's just to avoid search engine traffic. All of my family & friends (and Aditya's too) know about the blogging.
